Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for, purchase of, access to, and participation in The Prosperity Paradox webinar, including the live event, replay access, VIP upgrade content, downloadable materials, bonuses, and related content (collectively, the “Webinar”), offered jointly by Derek Raymond and BE Shellinger (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through ProsperityParadox.com.

By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for or participate in the Webinar. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is not confirmed until full payment is successfully received.

The standard registration fee for the Webinar is $27. An optional VIP upgrade is available for an additional $20, for a total of $47 if selected at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any registration at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Webinar Access

Your registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and participate in the Webinar for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to modify the Webinar content, schedule, presenters, format, platform, access window, bonuses, or delivery method at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the internet connection, device, and software required to access the Webinar.

4. VIP Upgrade

If you purchase the VIP upgrade, you will receive the additional VIP benefits described on the sales or checkout page at the time of purchase. VIP benefits are provided only to the registered purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned.

Any VIP replay, bonus, extended access, or additional session is subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Replay Availability

If replay access is included with your registration or VIP purchase, replay access will be available only for the time period stated on the sales page, registration page, checkout page, or follow-up communications.

After that stated access period ends, replay access may be removed without notice. We do not guarantee ongoing, lifetime, or indefinite access unless expressly stated in writing.

6. No Recording or Unauthorized Sharing

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, transmit, display, sell, share, or otherwise disclose any part of the Webinar or related materials without our prior written consent.

Access links, login credentials, replay pages, VIP materials, and downloadable content are intended solely for the individual who registered and may not be shared with others.

Unauthorized sharing or use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All Webinar content, including but not limited to videos, audio, presentations, text, worksheets, graphics, branding, methodologies, teachings, frameworks, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Derek Raymond and BE Shellinger and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or registration does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, teach from, republish, sell, license, or exploit any Webinar content without prior written permission.

8. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

The Webinar is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented in the Webinar is intended to be, or should be understood as, legal, medical, psychological, mental health, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Your participation in the Webinar does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, coach-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship unless separately agreed to in writing.

9. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any specific results, outcomes, earnings, breakthroughs, healing, abundance, financial improvement, business success, or personal transformation from participation in the Webinar.

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or stories shared are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your background, decisions, effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

10. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Webinar, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and results. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use any information or ideas presented.

11. Wellness, Energy Work, and Mindset Disclaimer

The Webinar may include discussion of mindset, subconscious beliefs, energy work, embodiment, abundance, spiritual principles, emotional patterns, or personal growth practices. This content is offered solely for educational purposes and is not a substitute for licensed medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel.

You should consult an appropriate licensed professional for any medical, psychological, financial, or legal concerns.

12. Refund Policy

Because this is a live and/or digital educational event with immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted except where required by law.

13. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter.

If you initiate a chargeback in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to provide these Terms, proof of purchase, proof of access, and related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, and to revoke your access to the Webinar and any related products or services.

14. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, interrupt, or modify the Webinar for any reason, including but not limited to illness, emergency, technical failure, speaker unavailability, insufficient enrollment, internet outage, platform disruption, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel the Webinar and do not reschedule it within a reasonable time, our sole obligation will be to provide either a refund of the amount paid or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully in the Webinar and any related chat, Q&A, comments, community spaces, or follow-up sessions.

You may not engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful conduct. We reserve the right to remove you from the Webinar or related spaces without refund if, in our sole discretion, your behavior is inappropriate or violates these Terms.

16. User Submissions and Testimonials

If you submit comments, questions, chat messages, testimonials, feedback, survey responses, or other content in connection with the Webinar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and distribute that content for educational, operational, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

We may edit testimonials for grammar, spelling, length, and clarity while preserving their general meaning.

17. Privacy and Communications

Your use of the Webinar and submission of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, if posted on ProsperityParadox.com.

By registering for the Webinar and providing your email address and, if applicable, your phone number, you consent to receive communications related to your order, event reminders, replay access, customer support, and related promotional communications from Derek Raymond and BE Shellinger or their representatives, subject to applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.

18. Third-Party Platforms

The Webinar may be delivered or processed through third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to payment processors, webinar platforms, email service providers, and hosting services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, interruptions, errors, policies, or data practices of third-party providers.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Webinar and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Webinar will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your equipment or software.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derek Raymond, BE Shellinger, their affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, presenters, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase of, access to, or participation in the Webinar.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Webinar shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Webinar.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Derek Raymond, BE Shellinger, and their affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, presenters, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Webinar, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Webinar shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Webinar and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, discussions, or agreements relating to the Webinar.

25. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on ProsperityParadox.com. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued access to or participation in the Webinar after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
